FLORIDA LIBRARY YOUTH PROGRAM

The Florida Library Youth Program is a collaborative effort between the Division of Library and Information Services and youth services staff at public libraries.

FLYP's mission is to provide information and resources to youth services staff to promote services for children,families, tweens, and teens in public libraries.

An e-magazine for youth services staff

Library staff are encouraged to share information, innovative projects, program ideas, insights, book reviews, and experiences.

The Division of Library and Information Services has purchased a statewide membership in the Collaborative Summer Library Program. Public libraries should contact the youth services consultant for Florida membership information.
