CERTIFICATIONS The project agreement refers to compliance with all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations and incorporates the regulations by reference. The "Assurances Non-Construction Programs" form lists the various assurances that are required of non-construction grant programs. Not all assurances apply to the LSTA program. This form is not collected by the Division, rather it should be used as a reference to the applicable assurances. |
