Lodged in Executive Office of the Governor. Director appointed by Governor and serves at Governor's pleasure. OCA investigates complaints relating to agencies under Governor. Also, identifies problems and needs of citizens in relation to Stategovernment. Staff serves as the Governor's liaison for Hispanic Affairs, Minority Affairs and Women's Affairs.
