Legal basis: Sections 20.10 and 102.111, F.S.

Created: 1895. Handled in the office of the Secretary of State.

Duties: To canvass the returns of the primary and general election for all State offices and determine and declare who shall have been nominated or elected for such office. To canvass the returns for Presidential electors and Representatives to the Congress of the United States separately and distinct from those for the State offices. To make and sign certificates of election for State and National officers.
