Strategic Planning Process

The State Library and Archives of Florida has developed a strategic plan for the period of July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2012, encompassing all the services that it provides.

• The State Library and Archives hired Tecker Consultants to guide the planning process.

• The State Library and Archives senior management met to finalize the planning process on November 28th, 2006.



• Stakeholder feedback was obtained through working sessions, surveys, and phone interviews. The information was compiled in a single report for the Planning Committee.



• The 20-member Planning Committee met in February and May 2007. The Committee's input and insight helped to envision the Agency's future.
