The Reference Department, which includes general reference, the Florida Collection, Florida public documents and federal documents, is responsible for providing reference services and information about the past, present and future, especially of Florida, to state agencies, other libraries and the general public. Reference staff may be contacted in person or by phone, mail, e-mail, fax or interlibrary loan.
